Why We Exist

Bringing new technology to life is hard. It takes more than engineering—it requires the right decisions at every stage, from validating the idea to building something that works and scales. Many startups fail, not because they can’t build, but because they build something the market doesn’t need or run into execution challenges they didn’t anticipate. Investors struggle to assess technical risk, scalability, and whether a team can truly deliver. Established companies have the resources to innovate but often lack the bandwidth or external perspective to push bold ideas forward.

We exist to bridge these gaps.

Startups need a foundation that sets them up for long-term success, not just a working prototype. Investors need deeper technical insight to make confident decisions. Established companies need more than internal discussions—they need structured, external initiative to uncover new opportunities and solve problems that might otherwise go unchallenged. Sometimes, the right questions matter more than the right answers, and the fastest path forward comes from a fresh perspective.

We’re here to provide that perspective—and the execution to back it up. We don’t just offer advice—we help build, validate, get our hands dirty and execute.

Team

Darius Sahebjavaher

Darius has 15 years of experience in building companies, developing foundational technology, and bringing it to market.

He holds a BASc degree in Electronics Engineering and an MASc degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has invested in multiple startups, founded two (serving as CEO and CTO for 7 years in hardware-focused ventures), and built technology for several others as a consultant.

With a background spanning technology, strategy, and business, he specializes in helping early-stage startups and established companies turn ambitious initiatives into reality.
He has a proven track record of inventing, designing, building, and validating core technology, then assembling high-performance teams to bring those innovations to market.

His expertise lies in bridging mechanical, electrical, firmware, and business strategy—acting as a single point of execution for companies navigating the complexities of HardTech development. Additionally, he works with investors to assess and de-risk early-stage HardTech startups, ensuring informed investment decisions.
